Visiting Angels – South Middlesex are supporting weekday early afternoon programmes on Radio Wey.
They can provide an Angel companion who can help you to do the things that you want to do after your hospital stay. Supporting people across South Middlesex (Hounslow, Twickenham, Walton on Thames, Sunbury and surrounding areas) with visits from a single hour to several hours, from as little as one day per week to as regularly as every day.
Do you need physical assistance with personal care? Does your family need support and relief with your care?
Perhaps you used to go out to the shops or to visit friends and it is not as easy as it used to be. You could need help around the house or in the garden.
The unique thing about Visiting Angels is that you get to choose the person who visits you in your home. They get to know you and match an Angel to your interests, hobbies and character but you will meet them before you decide whether you would like them to help you.

The Parklands Manor care home in Chertsey is supporting the upgrade of our studio equipment at St. Peter's Hospital to replace one of our mixing consoles which is now well over 10 years old. We're very grateful for their support and we always look forward to taking The Dance Party to them to entertain the residents and staff with nostalgic hits from the 40s, 50s, 60s and 70s.
Parklands Manor features 93 private apartments that vary from studios to one bedroom suites. The home offers Signature’s exceptional residential and nursing care, and outstanding facilities and services, all within a comfortable, friendly and home-like environment.
Our services will also feature 24 specialist dementia suites, designed especially to offer unique support for individuals requiring specialist dementia care.

We are very grateful to the Community Foundation for Surrey for their grant which is going towards new and updated studio equipment, replacing kit now over 10 years old, and required as part of a major studio move within the St. Peter's hospital grounds in the near future. We will be publishing more about our studio move in due course!
